Shipping Info: Orders are shipped within 3 working days, the delivery time depend on your location. All international orders are sent via Airmail and take 3-5 working days to arrive.

You can check your order status by emailing al@lamplightforest.com with your name and the email address used for the order.

If you need to change your shipping address please email al@lamplightforest.com

If the order hasn't be sent, the address will be changed, please provide your PayPal transaction ID.

If the order has shipped, you'll be notified if the order is returned. If you don't respond within 2 weeks, the full amount of the order will be refunded, minus the shipping and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you'll be responsible for additional shipping charges.
